3. Operationalize Mauritania’s Citizens’ Budget through digital tools. - Develop a multilingual web and WhatsApp app, including a chatbot, to explain budget data clearly. - Keep the app updated with current expenditure info. - Run outreach campaigns to reach at least 60,000 citizens a year. - Share the tool on the U.S. Embassy business page to attract private sector interest.
